Please remember: *All invoices must be issued to TU Darmstadt.* This is essential for reimbursement and should already be taken into account *when making your booking*. Here’s how to get a proper invoice (rather than just a receipt) from Airbnb you can request one using the following link: https://www.airbnb.de/reservation/receipt?code=DEINCODE&force_dynamic=true <https://www.airbnb.de/reservation/receipt?code=DEINCODE&force_dynamic=true> ➡️Replace “DEINCODE” with your personal Airbnb confirmation code. Make sure to use a *browser*, not the app. At the bottom right of the page (below the total amount), click *“Add billing details”* to enter TU Darmstadt’s address and billing information. If it doesn’t appear right away on the invoice, refresh the page or click the link again. At the bottom of the same page, look for a small blue-green line that says: *“The Airbnb service fee includes VAT, where applicable. Download VAT invoice.”* Click *“Download VAT invoice”* to access the VAT portion (note: this only applies to Airbnb's own service fees, not the host’s price). I hope this helps! Stefanie
