The hotel is Hotel Freihof in Prichsenstadt (https://hotelfreihof.com/). The plan is: *Arrival*: 05.02.2025 afternoon (dinner will be served at the hotel) *Departure*: 08.02.2025 morning after breakfast For the 2 days (06.02. and 07.02) all meals are covered and also the coffee breaks. As the MPL is very beaurocratic, I will compile a program where I also have to add all names of participants. Could you please send me all names of your group members who will attend? Let us discuss today in the evening the plan for the two days. As I have mentioned before, it would be nice to have a very relaxed schedule with not more than maybe 4 full hours of talks. I would suggest to keep all presentations to a minimum to maybe 20 mins so that we all get to know each other but most importantly, we all have time to discuss one-on-one details of our research. best regards, Claudiu
